Dr. Samuel Billison, a Navajo Code Talker, and President of the Navajo Code Talkers' Association, speaking in Phoenix, Arizona, at the March 2, 1989 dedication of the statue, "Tribute to Navajo Code Talkers", a monument to the Navajo Code Talkers. The statue is located at the corner of Thomas (2900 N) and Central (000), or at the address of the Phoenix Plaza, 2901 N. Thomas, Phoenix, AZ.
