The Fourth Force Reconnaissance Company represents the only
Selected Marine Corps Reserve Unit in the state of Hawaii. The unique and
demanding mission requires the very best citizen Marines the Fiftieth State and
our country can muster to accomplish the myriad of tasks the company may be
called upon to execute in times of crisis or national emergency. Moreover,
Marines of this company continually shoulder the responsibility of service as
ambassadors of our country, our state, and our Corps as regular training
exercises take members of the company throughout the world. As members of
"Hawaii's Own," Marines of this company demonstrate an unwavering
commitment to our community through a number of support programs ranging from
the annual Toys for tots Campaign to assistance in our local schools through the
Adopt-a-School Program. The company is continually looking for qualified Marines
